Soup with champignons and celery

Ingredients:

4 things. potato
250 g champignon
2 medium carrots
2 stalks of celery
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1.2 l vegetable stock

Fragrant vegetable soup with mushrooms and celery is a great idea for a light and tasty lunch.

Cooking Method:

1. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut potatoes into slices, and carrots in circles. Cut celery stalks into pieces, and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Grind parsley.

2. In a suitable pan, bring the vegetable stock to a boil and add potatoes and carrots, cook over medium heat until half cooked. Then reduce the heat to slow and add the prepared mushrooms and celery, cook until cooked. At the end, salt and pepper to taste, add parsley and let the soup brew for 10 minutes under the lid.
