Potato pancakes with bean sauce

Ingredients:potato pancakes with bean sauce

1.2 kg of potatoes
2 pcs. the eggs
4 tablespoons flour
salt to taste
vegetable oil
for sauce:
400 g canned beans
2 pcs. bow
2 cloves of garlic
2 pcs. a tomato
2 pcs. bBay leaf
salt and pepper to taste

Instead of canned beans, you can use boiled, in this case, the number of tomatoes for the sauce can be increased.

Cooking Method:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and boil until cooked, then drain the water and crush until smooth. Add eggs and flour, knead thoroughly.

2. Spread the pancakes in a pan and fry in vegetable oil until a firm crust on both sides.

3. Fry finely chopped onions and garlic until golden, add chopped tomatoes and bay leaf, simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add beans with liquid, salt and pepper to taste, simmer another 4 minutes.

5. Put potato pancakes on plates and add with bean sauce.
