Meatball tomato soup


for meatballs:
300 g minced meat
1 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
for soup:
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp. l rice
2 l of water
2 tbsp. l olive oil
½ tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Light tomato soup with meatballs is good in any weather.

Cooking Method:

1. Stuff the minced meat in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, egg, pepper and salt to taste, mix and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Cut carrots and onions into cubes and send to a preheated pan with olive oil, fry for 3-4 minutes and remove from heat. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut into cubes.

2. Put a large pot of water on the fire, and until it boils, form small balls of minced meat. Then send them to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Add rice, tomatoes and carrots fried with onions to the pan, cook all together until rice is ready. At the end, add paprika, salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 2 minutes.
