Fragrant mushroom noodle soup


250 g of porcini mushrooms
4 things. potato
1 onion
100 g noodles
2 bay leaves 4-5 peas of allspice
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
1 liter of vegetable broth

For the recipe, we used porcini mushrooms, but other forest mushrooms or store mushrooms are also suitable. And instead of vegetable broth, you can cook chicken or meat soup.

Cooking Method:

1. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices, chop the onion finely. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown6 then add the mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.

2. Bring the broth to a boil over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook until half cooked. Then add mushrooms with onions, noodles, bay leaves and allspice. Cook the soup until tender, at the end of salt and pepper to taste.
