4 chicken thighs
1 onion
1 carrot
300 g pumpkin
3 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
4-5 pcs. potato
1 clove of garlic
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1,5 l of water
any greens

A plate of light and hot chicken soup with tomatoes and pumpkin is a simple and tasty solution for a home dinner.

Cooking Method:

1. Put the chicken thighs in a pan and add bay leaf and peeled onion. Pour in water, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Then put the hips on a plate, remove the onion and bay leaf, and strain the broth back into the pan. Peel potatoes, carrots and pumpkin and cut into slices. Cut bell pepper into strips, and cut the tomatoes into small slices.

2. Bring the broth to a boil and add potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. When the vegetables are half ready, add the meat from boiled thighs, pumpkin and tomatoes to the soup, torn in pieces. Salted and pepper to taste, cook until vegetables are ready. At the end, add chopped garlic and let the soup stand for 10 minutes under the lid. Serve the finished soup with any herbs to taste.
