Chicken soup with cabbage and rice

Chicken soup with cabbage and riceIngredients:

3-4 chicken thighs
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
300 g cabbage
2-3 tbsp. l rice
salt and pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. l tomato paste
1.2 l of water
vegetable oil
parsley greens for serving

A plate of hot and fragrant chicken soup with rice and cabbage is what you need for lunch.

Cooking Method:

1. Put the chicken thighs in a saucepan, add water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes, then put on a plate, allow to cool and remove the meat from the bones and tear into pieces. While the chicken is being cooked, fry grated carrots and chopped onions in vegetable oil until soft. Finely chop the cabbage, cut the tomatoes into slices.

2. Dilute the tomato paste in the broth, bring to a boil and add the cabbage, cook until half cooked. Then add tomatoes and rice, chicken and bay leaves, fried onions and carrots, salt and pepper to taste and cook until cabbage and rice are cooked. Ready soup, let it brew for 10 minutes, pour on plates and serve with chopped herbs.
