Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs
1 large carrot
1 onion
4 things. potato
200 g green peas
100 g noodles
1,5 l of water
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dry basil
fresh basil

Chicken noodle soup with green peas is what you need for a tasty and light lunch.

Cooking Method:

1. Put the chicken thighs in a pan and add water. Add peeled onion and bay leaf, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Then put the hips on a plate, and strain the broth back into the pan. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into slices.

2. Bring the broth to a boil and put potatoes and carrots in it. When the vegetables are half cooked, add the noodles and boneless chicken to the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add dry basil and cook until noodles and vegetables are cooked. At the end, add peas to the soup and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the finished soup into plates and add basil leaves.
